acceptable, but some issues

broken washer missing clothes

the location was acceptable, next to planet hollywood.

The washer in the room had an error and was stuck. No one helped get my shirts out. i missed my breakfast waiting for someone who never came. Hours later, the hotel still had no idea where the shirts were. i will never stay there again. Do not wash your clothes in the washers because they will lock, and you will never get your clothes back.

pool closure pushy sales pitch

The pool closure was a HUGE disappointment. It just KILLED the vacation vibe. I wasn't informed about this beforehand, annoying. the relentless timeshare sales pitch at check-in felt VERY pushy and detracted from the experience. It felt more like a trap than a WELCOME.

fantastic rooms near shopping

direct access easy shopping large swimming pool quick elevators

i had a really good time here. the location is amazing with direct access to shops for food and shopping. starbucks is in the hotel, that was super useful (for me at least). the swimming pool is large, though shallow. elevators were quick so there was never a delay.

the free dvd rentals could not be viewed on the large tv, only on the bedroom tv. it was a shame.

my junior king suite sofa bed included a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, plates, and utensils. the room also had a projection tv for watching movies. i had a clear view of the airport from the 37th floor.

the staff members were always courteous and attentive. texting the team was an efficient way to communicate with them. i found i got quick responses via text messages from the team.
